Summary
This standard establishes a system of designation for unplasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC-U) moulding materials based on the principal application, the form of delivery, important additives and the designatory properties. The system containing standardized codes was declared obligatory in 1981 for ISO/TC 61 and the FNK in the DIN. It is identical with systematic accepted by ISO/TC 61.
