DIN 8119-6:2016-06

This standard describes the calculation of rail weighbridges and combined rail/road weighbridges using load assumptions. For compiling the analysis of structural safety and for detailed consruction of supporting parts, please use 'DIN-Fachbericht 101'. According to the latter, the calculation of supporting structures in tracks with standard track width does not use the real loads but rather load model UIC 71 (Union Internationale des Chemins de fer - International Railway Organization) see 'DIN-Fachberichtes 101, figure 6.2.'
