The railings described in this standard consist of stanchions, which are locked in holders welded on deck, and galvanized steel round strand ropes. The ropes are used as a handrails and, depending on the installation as an intermediate rails, too. They are attached to tension stanchions and will loose out in the guided in eyes of intermediate stanchions. The railings are not approved for passenger ships,
