Summary

This standard is for watertight and oiltight covers of manholes of the nominal size of 600 × 400 for ships and floating equipments of civil navigation and the federal armed forces in bunkers, tanks and cells, their maximum permitted pressure 1,1 bar or 3 bar not exceeds. This standard doesn't apply to manhole seals on submarines of the German navy and at boilers and other pressure vessels.
