The document applies to safety devices against backflow for the use of gaseous fuel of the public gas supply according to the DVGW G 260 part 1 (particularly natural gas and town gas), of air (also pressure air) and of oxygen as well as its mixtures up to an operating overpressure of 100 mbar which are not tested for flash-backs and therefore not necessarily protected against flash-backs.
