In dependence on the cable to be inserterted they must be combined with certain internal parts (kind of equipment). Materials used for manufacturing vary about the material of the mounting surface. The range of the nominal sizes of the glands with the connection inside dimensions for the enclosure of the cable or wire is coordinated with the respective maximum permissible outside diameter from 6 mm up to 56,5 mm.
