Summary
The TS applies to business support services whatever the technical part of the activity and whoever delivers it (public, private, professional network structures, consulting boards). It defines the general elements of services delivered to small enterprises in term of terminology, appropriate quality performance. The TS is a guideline to help small enterprises in all of their dealings with business support service providers. The guideline describes the stages and characteristics of the services demanded/delivered. The document includes the following principles: 1. the customer approach, 2. the obligation for the provision of service to be clear and transparent, 3. the matching of supply with customers needs, 4. a fair price for the service, 5. reciprocal commitment of the parties - service providers/business, 6. constant improvement of the service for the business
