Summary
This European Standard applies to sheeters including unwinders, equipment for sheet piling, drive and control for use in paper converting and shall be used in connection with EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010. This European Standard is not applicable to equipment for paper dust and waste edge cutting extraction. It deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and hazardous events relevant to sheeters when they are used as intended and under conditions which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer.
