Summary
EN 1143-2 is applicable to tests the results of which are used to classify the resistance to burglary of deposit systems. A deposit system comprises the receiving unit, an input unit and, in some cases, a chute. The EN 1143-2 deals with two types of deposit systems: - Night safes (marked: N), which provide depositing services for the customers of financial institutions and - Deposit safes (marked: D), which enable the personnel of a company to place money or valuables in safe custody.
