This explanatory report contains explanations and information to some specifications to the series of standards DIN EN 1176. The purpose of these explanations and information is to reduce the difficulties in understanding with the application of the standard, to avoid misinterpretations and to improve the transference to the design, installation and testing of playground equipment in practice.
