This part of EN 13126 gives requirements and test methods for durability, strength, security and function of hardware for Lift&Slide windows and balcony doors or patio doors, regardless of whether the hardware enables an additional tilt position. NOTE This Standard is also applicable for hardware systems, whereby the sash itself is not lifted but a gasket mechanism is moved.
