This European Standard contains the requirements for safety for the design and installation of transfer platforms and cars and ancillary devices for process related transport of ceramic material on tracks. This European Standard deals with all significant hazards pertinent to transfer platforms and cars and ancillary devices for process related movement of ceramic material when used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see clause 4).
