DIN EN 1337-2 specifies the characteristics for the design and manufacture of sliding elements and guides for combination with structural bearings as defined in other parts of this standard. Suitable combinations are shown in table 1 of DIN EN 1337-1:2001-02. Also specified are curved sliding surfaces of cylinrical or spherical bearings according toDIN EN 1337-7.
