This European Standard deals with significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to floating cranes to floating cranes, however it is not applicable to assembly, dismantling or changing the configuration of the crane, lifting accessories, operations at a design temperature below -20 °C and lifting operations involving more than one floating crane. The use of cranes for lifting of persons may be subject to specific national regulations.
