Summary

In normative Annex A of EN 14364:2006 is given an alternate testing method for the resistance to bending and pressure of end-thrust loaded joints in pipe systems. Errors have been identified in two of the equations in the Annex and the presentation of another equation in a shortened format has caused some confusion. Amendment 1 of EN 14364 has been developed to correct these equations.
