Summary
EN 14492-1:2006+A1:2009 shall be reviewed on the basis of EN 13135 and EN 13001- 1, -2 and -3.1. Winches are re-defined as: Machine designed for the movement or manipulation of a load supported on level or inclined planes using a pulling medium (e. g. rope or chain) and winding mechanism.
