This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of ochratoxin A in cereal based foods for infants and young children by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean up. It has been validated with cereal based food for infants and young children at levels from 0,023 µg/kg to 0,225 µg/kg. The limit of quantification of the method has been demonstrated to be 0,007 µg/kg (value derived from an in-house study).
