This document specifies the common safety requirements for drilling and foundation equipment. This document deals with all significant hazards pertinent to drilling and foundation equipment, when they are used as intended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Annex A) associated with the following: - transport; - equipment in service and out of service; - maintenance; - moving on site; - storage; - disabling and scrapping.
