Summary

This document defines the technical requirements that are necessary for conferring the origin to leather based on the principle of the last substantial transformation according to Non-Preferential Rules of Origin. This document also sets forth the data that the suppliers of leather shall prepare and keep to demonstrate the accuracy of the statement regarding the origin of their leathers. This document does not apply to furs.
