This European Standard describes the methodology and the elements to consider for creation and modification of a rolling stock maintenance plan according to the European regulation.For creation of a rolling stock maintenance plan this European Standard lists:- the minimum content of the maintenance program (e. g. plan, list of actions, maintenance steps, condition based maintenance, etc...);- the assessment criteria;- the method to be used to produce the first maintenance plan from Original Manufacturer studies and RAMS requirements.For modification of a rolling stock maintenance plan this European Standard lists:- reasons of when a change is needed;- minimum steps;- assessment criteria to be considered;- the method to be used;- monitoring conditions (e. g. observation period, fleet checks, proofs and tests, etc...).This European Standard applies only for scheduled maintenance.
