Need for a glossary, providing a harmonized set of terms and definition for CBRNE. A common understanding of terminology will enhance harmonization among stakeholders, improve understanding of the European regulatory framework and provide one common language, which will improve communication throughout the CBRNE sector. It will ensure that security industry can get clear and concise information on what end users needs are.The glossary will consist of terms and definitions used by CBRNE professionals at different levels and in different organisations and contexts. Several CBRNE glossaries already exist, including the DG HOME Glossary developed by JRC. .
