This European standard provides the complementary product category rules (c-PCR) for Type III environmental declarations for gypsum-based products for the construction industry. In addition to the common parts of EN 15804, this European Standard for gypsum-based products: - specifies the functional and/or declared unit to be used; - defines the default system boundaries for gypsum-based construction products; - defines allocation procedures for the environmental impact of recycling and/or the use of by-products; - describes the default scenarios and rules for defining scenarios for each of the life cycle Information modules A-D; - provides guidance for the determination of the reference service life (RSL) for gypsum-based construction products.
