DIN EN 1870-8:2013-03

This European Standard sets out the requirements and/or the measures to remove the hazards and/or limit the risk on single blade edging circular rip sawing machines with power driven saw unit and manual loading and/or unloading, designed to cut solid wood, chipboard, fibreboard and plywood when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer including reasonably foreseeable misuse. For Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines this European Standard does not cover hazards related to Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC).
