Summary
The document specifies the requirements on wallcoverings made from paper and/or plastics foils which are delivered in roll form, sticked completely on the surface of walls and which usually are subsequently decorated by painting. Furthermore, the methods for testing the requirements and the symbols for the quality grades and for the hanging methods are given. The implementation of the Amendment A1:1996 completes the specification regarding the environment compatibility of wallcoverings.
