Summary
The document deals with the stage-3-description of the user-network interface for the supplementary service Call Waiting in the pan-European ISDN. With the signalling procedures given in this document the called user is permitted to be notified of an incoming call although all the B-channels are unavailable at that time. The called user has then the choice of accepting, rejecting or ignoring the waiting call.
