Summary
This supplement gives additional information on DIN EN 50180 for constructional details of components of the withdrawn National Standards DIN 42531, DIN 42532 and DIN 42533. This is important for power utilities in view of exchange of components. This supplement will ensure that important information for applications will be maintained. The scope for the bushings has been extended to the highest voltage of equipment of 52 kV. Drawings of constructional details of components and relevant tables of components have been adapted in accordance to the extended voltage range.
Notes
A transition period, as set out in DIN EN 50180-2 (2017-02), exists until 2018-08-10.
