Summary
This International Standard specifies methods for calibration of hydrophones or reversible transducers when used as a hydrophone, particulary in the frequency range from 0,01 Hz to 1 MHz. Rules for the presentation of the calibration data are established.
Notes
A transition period, as set out in DIN EN IEC 60565-1 (2021-09) and DIN EN IEC 60565-2 (2022-01), exists until 2022-10-24.
