Summary

IEC 61755-3-10 defines dimensional limits of a 2,5 mm an d a 1,25 mm diameter cylindrical ferrule optical interface to meet specific requirements for APC reference connectors to be used for attenuation measurement. Two different grades for reference connectors are defined in this document. The use of each of these grades depends on the application and on the targeted attenuation measurement precision.
