Summary
This document specifies the data formats fro the exchange of semiconductor die products. It specifies a Device Data Exchange (DDX) format, with the prime goal of facilitating the transfer of adequate geometric data between the manufacturer and CAD/CAE user in the design process for electronic circuits, and formal information models that allow data exchange in other formats.
Notes
DIN EN 62258-2 (2005-12) remains valid alongside this standard until 2014-06-29.
