Summary

Specifies the OPC Unified Architecture profiles. The Profiles in this document are used to segregate features with regard to testing of OPC UA products and the nature of the testing (tool based or lab based). This includes the testing performed by the OPC Foundation provided OPC UA CTT (a self-test tool) and by the OPC Foundation provided Independent certification test labs.

Notes

DIN EN 62541-7 (2013-06) remains valid alongside this standard until 2018-04-29.*A transition period, as set out in DIN EN IEC 62541-7 (2021-08), exists until 2023-07-27.
