In 49/1016/DC, it has been checked that the separation between basic parts and measurement method parts of IEC60679-1, and this edition is according to the check and the decision in 2013 Nagoya meeting. This document will describe the measurement methods for short-term frequency stability only. This document describes the methods for the measurement and evaluation of the short-term frequency stability tests of piezoelectric, dielectric and electrostatic oscillators. Purpose: To unify the test and evaluation methods for short-term frequency stability.
