Summary
This Part of this European standard describes the normative requirements of ultimate safety systems to protect a vessel, a system of vessels, piping accessories or assemblies from excessive operating conditions. Equipment connected together in a system by piping of adequate capacity, free from potential blockages and which does not contain any valve that can isolate any part may be considered as a system for the application of pressure relief.
