Summary
This document specifies the determination of the maximum speed for given eccentricity at clamping de-vices for the shank strength of milling tools with cylindrical shank and marking of the tool. It applies to shank mounted milling tools for woodworking irrespective of whether they are mounted perpendicularly or horizontally. Bore mounted tools which are mounted on an arbour shall be considered as a shank mounted tool.
