This document defines basic requirements for a laboratory method for measuring and evaluating the vibration transmission through a vehicle seat to the occupant. The vehicles are not-railbounded vehicles including mobile machinery. Special input spectra and maximum values of the vibration transmissibility are not defined in this document, but are intended to be specified in application standards.
