Summary

This document defines the use of geometrical tolerances for dimensions that are not linear sizes to avoid ambiguity. Dimensional tolerancing can be indicated by plus-minus-tolerancing or geometrical tolerancing. This document was prepared internationally by ISO/TC 213/WG 12 'Size' together with CEN/TC 290 'Dimensional and geometrical product specification and verification' and nationally by NA 152-03-02 AA 'CEN/ISO Geometrische Produktspezifikation und -prüfung'.
