Summary
This part of ISO 14509 specifies the procedures to assess sound emission of powered mono hull recreational craft of up to 24 m length with a Froude number greater than 1,1. It is not applicable for personal watercraft (PWC). A combination of a calculation method and a measurement method is described in order to determine the A-weighted sound pressure level.
