Summary
The document specifies the design as well as the construction and strength requirements for safety devices and outfits intended to minimize the risks of occupants falling overboard and to facilitate reboarding It applies to craft of up to 24 m length of hull. DIN EN ISO 15085:2003+A1:2009 contains the following changes: Headline of Clause 16 was changed, and the text was adapted to the new headline. Clause 17 with requirements on owner's manual was amended.
