DIN EN ISO 15744:2008-11

This noise test code descripts methodes for determinding and presenting the acoustical characteristics of hand-held non-electric power tools i.e. the total noise level from the power tool expressed as sound power level or the emission sound pressure level at the work station. In this noise test code the power tools are either run at the load or in non-load condition. The methodes are chosen to give a satisfactory reproducibility of the results and are based on present practice in industry.
