DIN EN ISO 20565-1:2009-06

This document specifies the methods for the chemical analysis of chrome-bearing refractory products and chrome-bearing raw materials using wet chemical methods, ICP-AES and FAAS. The document is applicable to the determination of the oxide contents of silicon(IV), aluminium, iron(III), titanium(IV), manganese(II), calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chromium(III), zirconium and phosphorus(V). It gives alternatives to the X-ray fluorescence (XRF) method given in ISO 12677.
