Summary
This document is a type-B standard and specifies the basic requirements for vibration emission measurements at the machine-hand contact surface of hand-held power tools (e. g. chiseling hammers, chains saws) or hand-guided machines (e. g. lawn mowers, single-axis tractors). All types of machines mentioned above are covered by this European Standard independent from the driving energy (electricity, hydraulic, pneumatic, internal combustion engine).
