The standard DIN EN ISO 22005 describes the principles for the design and implementation of a feed and food traceability system. It specifies the basic requirements nescessary for the traceability along the feed and food chain. Both organizations operating at any step of the feed and food chain or organizations cooperating along the chain can use the standard to document the history, or location of a product or the relevant component(s).
