Summary
This standard gives general guidelines for the detection and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in cosmetic products. The first step of the procedure is to perform an enrichment by using a non selective broth medium to increase the number of micro organisms. As second step of the test an isolation on a selective medium is performed followed by identification tests.
