Summary

ISO/TR 10017:2003 guides the organizations in selecting statistical methods that might be eligible for use within a quality management system. The TR is aligned with quality management systems fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. It identifies those methods that might be appropriate, but does not prescribe which method shall be selected or how it shall be applied.
