Summary
The blank detail specification is a supplementary document to the sectional specification and contains requirements for the minimum content of detail specifications. In the preparation of detail specifications the contens of clause 2 of DIN IEC 1178-1, shall be taken into account. This specification may be inappropriate for small batch production quartz crystal units, in which case the capability approval approach is recommended.
