Summary
This International Standard defines test fixtures and procedures recommended for measuring levels of passive intermodulation generated by coaxial cables, typically used as antenna feeders and jumpers in wireless communication systems. The purpose is to define qualification and acceptance test methods for bulk coaxial cables for use in low intermodulation (low IM) applications. Two dynamic test methods and a static test method are defined. This Standard is to be used in conjunction with IEC 62037.
