Summary
This part of IEC 61375 applies to the application profile in trains, i.e. it covers the application profile - for functions belonging to the Train Control and Monitoring System (TCMS) - of the TCN communication system for the data communication between vehicles of the said trains via the ETB as well as the data communication within the vehicles. This standard provides for applications a data interface with parameters and addressing of TCMS functions based on the communication profile laid out in DIN EN 61375-2-3.
