Summary

The document specifies a method for determination of effects of a substance taken up via the skin or by ingestion on the reproduction of Folsomia candida, using an artificial soil substrate treated with a defined amount of a substance. The method is not applicable for substances with a Henry-constant or air-water distribution ratio of greater than 1 or with a steam pressure of greater than 0,0133 Pa at 25 °C.
