DIN ISO 11349:2015-08

This document specifies a chemical method of gravimetric determination of low volatile lipophilic substances in water. This method is applicable for all waters and permits determination of low volatile lipophilic substances, which can be suspended, emulsified or dissolved in water, within a range from 10 mg/l to 500 mg/l. Above this value of the water sample shall be diluted accordingly. This method is not applicable for waters with floating fatty phases.
