DIN ISO 11451-1:2002-12

This part of the standard serie DIN ISO 11451, which applies for the measurement of for electrical disturbances by narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy, contains the definitions and general explanations concerning the aim and the practical use of this serie. Moreover requirements concerning the test conditions, instrumentation, test procedures and the test report are given to be used in other parts of ISO 11451. Requirements concerning the function performance status classification are given in annex A and informations concerning the application of a constant peak test level are given in annex B. The vehicle test methods specified in the parts of DIN ISO 11451 are regardless of the propulsion system (e.g. spark ignition engine, diesel engine, electric motor).
