DIN ISO 11451-2:2002-12

This part of ISO 11451 specifies off-vehicle radiation source test methods and procedures for testing passenger cars and commercial vehicles regardless of the propulsion system (e.g. spark-ignition engine, diesel engine, electric motor). The electromagnetic disturbances considered in this part of ISO 11451 are limited to continuous narrowband electromagnetic fields. For the test the test conditions, the test equipment (absorber lined shielded enclosure, transmission line system (TLS)) and instrumentation and the test procedure are specified. Requirements concerning the function performance status classification are given in annex A.
